Mantanani Islands are a group of three isolated islands located northwest of Kota Belud, about an hour’s drive from the state capital of Sabah, Kota Kinabalu. These islands are approximately 45 minutes boat ride by speedboat from the mainland.
The islands boasts of crystal clear blue waters filled with a myriad of marine life and white sandy beaches fringed by coconut palm trees. One of the main reasons that Mantanani Islands is popular for local and tourists alike is because of its picturesque scenery, cool breezes and serene environment.
Enjoy your first dive with a 20 minutes beach dive to familiarize yourselves with the equipments. Then followed immediately by the second dive, the boat dive. You'll be provided 1 oxygen cylinders. Need to dive longer and deeper? Pay just RM50 for second oxygen cylinders. For those who is a qualified diver with certification, please notify us that you will take part in Leisure Dive upon booking, your second oxygen cylinder will be provided by FREE!
Diving equipment included: weights, weight belt, BCD, regulator, mask, fins, snorkel & wetsuit.
The whole diving trip is guided by professional PADI Dive Instructor / Master, and we do provide a translator who can communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.

09:15 Arrive jetty at Kota Belud, coffee / tea available – self service.
09:30 Depart for Mantanani Island.
10:15 Arrive Palm Beach - Learn diving at beach (beach dive) - first dive.
10:35 Take boat to dive in open water - second dive.
12:00 Back to Palm Beach for lunch.
13:30 Free and leisure, unlimited snorkeling from the beach.
14:30 Depart back to jetty.
15:15 Arrive at jetty, coffee / tea available – self service.
16:00 Depart for Kota Kinabalu.
18:30 Arrive Kota Kinabalu and transfer back to hotel.

- Please notify us if you are a qualified diver with certification, and please bring along your logbook and diver certification card for Leisure Dive.
- Participant must be physically fit as this tour is for those who love adventure.
- Liability Release Form MUST be signed and understood by the participant before the tour commences.
- Age limit for diving is 12 years old and above.
- A free diving lesson will be given to person who cannot swim.
- Please let us know upon booking if you have dietary request, e.g. vegetarian.
- You might get WET during the boat journey, so please be sure to pack and stow your belongings properly during the journey. Dry bags or raincoat for waterproofing are recommended.
- Please change your clothes at Kota Belud jetty before heading back to hotel if you get wet on the way back, changing room is ready to use at Kota Belud jetty.
- You should wait a minimum of 18 hours and sometimes up to 24 hours after diving before you fly due to medical safety and surface interval reasons.
- * In the event of ’no show’ or ’last minutes cancellation’ on 1 day prior the tour date, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed by tour company.

The pickup time is for reference only, the actual time may be vary depends on number of visitors, distance, season, weather and road conditions, should be within 15 minutes. Transport fee quoted is per person.
